About Us

We are a small business making knives in North Carolina. We also sell vintage collector's knives from an old collection.

We  provide sharpening services for knives, scissors, and axes.

I named the company after my coon dogs, "Bootleg" (Mountain Cur) and "Missy V" (Bone Mouth Shar Pei). Some people might argue that these are not coon dog breeds, but these two dogs tree anything threatening our guinea foul, including raccoons, opossum, and cats if they slink around the bird run. Bootleg rescued newborn guinea foul that fell out of the run on multiple occasions by carrying them to us in his mouth unharmed. Missy V and Bootleg are our family pets, and make contributions to the company in their own ways.
